Azonation staff: help requests, common questions and requests for addresses
Questions from people and organisations arrive in one inbox. Staff answer them, keep the common questions on the Help page, and handle requests for a web address or email.
- Help requests: the ones waiting for an answer come first. Open one: you see who asked, their organisation and language. Write under Answer and tap Send answer: the person sees it as Azonation support and is told by email. Tick Keep as a note for staff only for a note the person never sees. Tap Close when it is done, or Open again.
- Common questions: tap Add question, write the question and the answer in English, then add the other languages when you can; readers without their own language see English. Untick Show on the Help page to hide one without deleting it.
- Settings: whether people may send pictures and files with a request, how many a person may add in a day, and after how many months the files of a closed request are removed.
- Addresses and email: what organisations asked Azonation to get for them, registered through Azoncode in the organisation's own name. Tap Handle: say where it stands, the day it renews and a note the admins can read; the admins are told. Add the fee as a line on the organisation's invoice.
