- Plans changed? Open the meeting and tap Change or Cancel meeting.
Tap Add to my calendar to put the meeting in your phone's calendar.
A quorum. If your rules say how many members must be there for a meeting to decide anything, type that number under More options, Members needed for a quorum. While you mark who came, the page shows Here: 9 of 12 needed and whether the quorum is met. The meeting's page and its minutes say it too (14 came, 12 needed: met). Schedule again keeps the number. If your rules give a share (one tenth of the members), work out the number: one tenth of 120 members is 12. Your members see the number too, on the meeting in their member area and in the reminder they get (This meeting needs at least 12 members to be there before it can decide anything), which gives them a reason to come. They never see who or how many said they would come.
A Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link with one tap: where Azonation offers it, the page of an online meeting has the box Make the link with Zoom, Google Meet or Teams. The first time, tap Connect, sign in at Zoom or Google with your organisation's account and agree; you are brought back to the meeting. From then on Make a Zoom link (or Google Meet link) makes the link and saves it with the meeting, with Zoom's passcode. Azonation only makes the link: it does not read anything else of your Zoom or Google account. End the connection takes the permission away again; links already made keep working.
The meeting over there follows. When you change the day, the time or the name of the meeting in Azonation, the Zoom or Teams meeting changes too. When you cancel or delete the meeting, it is taken away over there and the link is removed here. A plain Google Meet link has no time, so there is nothing to follow. If you type another link over it by hand, Azonation leaves the old meeting over there alone.
In your Google Calendar too: where it is offered, tick Also put it in the Google Calendar of the connected account before you make a Google Meet link. The meeting then stands in that calendar with its day and time, and moves and goes with the meeting here.
After a Zoom meeting: the same box has Fetch the recording (the link to Zoom's recording and its passcode are saved with the meeting) and Fetch who came. Members on Zoom's list are marked as present, joined online. A member is found by the email address Zoom gives, or by a name that only one member has; everyone else is listed for you to mark by hand. Nobody is marked absent by this, and a mark made by hand is never changed. Both need a paid Zoom plan.
Microsoft Teams needs a work or school Microsoft account. A personal one cannot make Teams meetings this way.
