Tasks: who does what, by when

What a meeting decided gets done when each thing has a name and a day on it. Azonation reminds the person for you.

  1. Open Tasks in the menu and press Add a task.
  2. Write what is to do. Choose who does it and by when.
  3. When it is done, tap the big box beside it to tick it off.
From a meeting: the meeting's page has a Tasks box. If its minutes have action points, Make tasks from the action points turns each one into a task in one tap. Then give each a person and a day.
The person sees their tasks under My memberships, your organisation, Tasks, and can tick them off there.
They are reminded two days before the day, and once more if the day passes and the task is not done.
The list shows what is still to do. Use Show to see the late ones or the ones done, and Who for one person.
Someone who is not a member (a caretaker, a supplier): choose Someone else under "Who does it" and type their name. Azonation does not remind them.
Comes round again: choose every week, month, three months or year. When the task is ticked off, the next one is made by itself.
Comments and files: you and the person can write a few words under a task, and add files to it: the quote, the form, a photo of the job done. Up to 5 files. The other one is told.
Each person also sees their tasks from all their organisations on their home page, under My tasks.
