Automations: let Azonation do the small jobs
Switch on a rule once. Azonation then does that job by itself, every day, and keeps a record.
- Open Automations in the menu.
- Read the rules. Each one says in a sentence what it does.
- Press Switch on on the ones you want.
- If you like, add your own words. They go at the end of what Azonation writes to the member.
Free for everyone: a welcome for each new member (and a note to you), and thanks on the day a member joined, year after year.
With the Automations add-on: a birthday greeting, thanks the day after an event to everyone who came, a note to you when a member has missed several meetings in a row, and a note when a membership fee is many days late.
See what it writes shows the message with a made-up name and your own words, before you switch the rule on.
For birthday greetings, give each member a Birthday in their record (Members, View, Edit): the day and the month only. Azonation never keeps the year.
What Azonation did, lower on the page, lists every job done and for whom. What is written to members is also under Messages.
A rule only acts on what happens after you switch it on. It never writes to the same person twice for the same thing.
Try it with your own organisation
Free for up to 100 members, for as long as you like. No card, no sales call.
