The calendar: everything with a day, in one place
Nobody should have to look in five places to know what is on this month. The calendar shows meetings, events, task days, project work days, bookings of your things, the days of your plan, members' birthdays and the days membership fees fall due together.
- Open Calendar in your organisation's menu. You see this month, with a dot or a line for each thing.
- Tap a day to see only that day. Tap a line to open the meeting, event or task itself.
- Use the arrows for the month before and after. This month brings you back.
The buttons above the month (Meeting, Event, Task…) switch a kind off and on, for when the month is busy.
Each helper sees the kinds their role allows: someone who only looks after meetings sees only meetings.
Add from a day: tap a day, then Add on this day, and choose a meeting, an event or a task. The form opens with that day filled in.
Birthdays show only to the people who look after the members. A member never sees another member's birthday here.
This calendar on your phone: at the bottom of the page, Get my link puts the organisation's calendar in your own calendar app. It shows what your role lets you see, and stops by itself when you no longer help run the organisation.
For every member: My calendar. In their own menu each person has My calendar: the meetings and events meant for members, their own tasks, the work days of their projects and the day their fee falls due, from all their organisations together.
On your phone's own calendar: on My calendar, press Get my link, then Open in my calendar app. Your Azonation days then appear in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook by themselves and stay up to date. Keep the link to yourself. Make a new link stops the old one.
