See who is coming, mark who came

Know how much food to order before the event, and keep a record of who was there after it.

When you add the event, leave Ask members if they are coming ticked. You can also give a last day to reply and the number of places.
Members answer on the event page: Going, Maybe or Not going, and how many adults and children come with them.
Open the event and tap See the replies. A member phoned you? Tap the pencil beside their name and write the reply down.
On the day, tap Mark who came. Tap Mark the rest to mark everyone who said they come in one go, then correct the few who did not.

People who are not members go under Guests on the same page.

Three reports use these numbers: Replies and turnout, Who came to events, and Events by member.
