Plan an event
A picnic, a tournament, a fundraising dinner. Put it in Azonation and your members see when and where it is.
- Open Events in your organisation's menu and tap Add an event.
- Write the name. Add the day, the time and the place. For an event of several days, also choose the Last day.
- May members bring their family? Tick Families are welcome. The event page then shows how many people could come.
- Tap Add the event. Then tap Tell the members: every member with an Azonation account gets a notice.
Not ready yet? Untick Show this event to the members. The event stays a draft that only the organisers see.
The event will not take place? Open it, tap the three dots, then Cancel the event. Members see that it is cancelled, and why.
