AI helper: a first draft from your notes
After a meeting someone has a page of rough notes and no evening free to write them up. The AI helper turns the notes into a first draft. You read it, change what is wrong, and save it. It never sends or publishes anything by itself.
For your organisation
- Open AI helper in your organisation's menu.
- Under What you use it for, tick what the helper may draft: the minutes of a meeting, the text of an event, the report after an event, the text of a project, the report after a project. Nothing is ticked to begin with. Tap Save.
- On those pages the people who may write there now see the button Draft with AI.
- The same page shows how many drafts you used this month, who used them and for what.
Writing with it
- Open the form (for example Write the minutes) and tap Draft with AI.
- Type your notes. Key words, names and numbers are enough: fair 4 July, Tom books the hall, roof quote too high, ask two more builders.
- Tap Write the draft, read what comes back, and tap Use this draft to put it into the form. Try again lets you add to your notes first.
- Change what needs changing, then save the form as always.
Always read the draft. The helper can get things wrong. Check names, numbers and dates before you save.
What is sent? Your notes and a few facts from the page (such as the name and agenda of the meeting) go to an AI service that works for Azonation. Members' contact details, payments and votes are never sent, and Azonation does not keep the notes or the draft.
"All drafts for this month are used"? Each organisation has a number of drafts a month. It starts again on the first of the month. A draft that could not be written does not count.
A notice in another language. Tick Translating a notice on the AI helper page. On the form of a notice, write the title and the text, tap Translate with AI and choose the language. Read the translation, then tap Add below the notice (both languages in one notice) or Put in its place. Names, numbers, dates and web addresses stay as you wrote them.
The draft comes in your language. It is written in the language you use Azonation in.
