Who needs a friendly word: members who are drifting away
Members rarely say they are leaving. They stop coming, then they stop paying. This report finds them early from what you already record, so someone can pick up the phone while it still helps. It uses plain counting, not AI, and nothing leaves Azonation.
- Open Members and tap Who needs a friendly word? above the list. It is also on the Reports page under Members.
- Stopped coming: members who came at least twice in the past year and have not been seen for three months, with the last day they came.
- Never came: members for more than three months who were never marked as there.
- Fees to ask for: fees overdue or due soon, with how often the member came lately. Gone quiet and fee not paid counts the members most likely to leave.
- The last meetings: how many came, and how many usually come.
Will the next meeting reach its quorum? When the next meeting has a quorum, the report compares it with how many usually come and tells you if that is too few, so you can remind people in good time.
On your first page. When members have gone quiet or fees need asking for, your organisation's first page shows a line with the numbers. Tap it to open this report.
"Came" means marked as there at a meeting, an event or a project's work day. If you do not take attendance, the report says so and only shows the fees.
It is a hint, not a verdict. Someone may be ill or away. Use it to ask how they are, not to tell them off.
