The year in one report

For the annual general meeting, or for someone who gives you money: everything you recorded in a year, in one report, without typing a number.

  1. Open Annual report in your organisation's menu and press Make the report for 2025. The report is there at once.
  2. Under Your own words, write a word to begin, what you are proud of (one thing on each line), your thanks and your plans. Untick the parts you want to leave out. Press Save.
  3. Press Print or save as PDF to take it to the meeting.
  4. Press Publish when it is ready. Your members can then read it on their page of the organisation.
A draft counts fresh every time you open it. Publishing keeps the numbers as they are that day, so the report does not change afterwards. Take back to a draft if you need to change it.
For a funder: on a published report, Make a link gives a private link. They read the report without an account. Stop the link ends it.
Your year does not run from January to December? Use Another period and choose the first and the last day.
A cover of your own: add a line under the title and choose a picture for the cover. A wide picture looks best. Under How the cover looks choose the layout (the picture across the top, a whole first page, or the title only), a colour, and plain or classic letters for the title. With A whole first page the cover prints as a page of its own.
Pictures of the year: the best pictures (the ones you starred) of this year's albums are in the report by themselves. Members see those of albums for members; someone with the link sees only those of public albums. To pick them yourself, press Choose the pictures yourself and tick up to 12; they appear in the order you tick them. Use the best pictures again goes back to the starred ones.
Who served, and three years side by side: the report names the people on your committees that year, and shows the main numbers beside the two years before.
For one branch: under Another period, choose a branch to make the report for that branch alone.
What is in the report follows what your organisation uses: members and fees, money, meetings, and with those parts also events, projects and your plan.
