Simple finance and Professional accounting together

They are not two sets of books. Professional accounting adds invoices, bills, journals and statements to the very same books that Simple finance keeps, so everyone works on one set of figures.

1. Let volunteers who only record money in and out use Finance; give them a role with Finance only, so the accounting pages stay with the treasurer.
2. If you record money in or out under Finance and it matches an unpaid invoice or bill, Azonation asks whether it is that payment. Choose Record it on the invoice, so the money is not counted twice.
