Members ask, the AI helper answers

Members ask everyday questions ("When is the AGM?", "How do I pay my fee?") and get an answer at once, only from what your organisation has shared with them. When it does not know, it says so and the question can go to the committee.

1. On AI helper, under Members' questions, tick Members can ask questions. Add your own Questions and answers there too: the helper uses them first.
2. Members see a tab Ask a question in your organisation. It answers from your notices, coming meetings and events, membership types and fees, documents shared with members, your contact details and your questions and answers. Never from other members' details.
3. Each answer says it was written by AI and can be wrong. If it does not know, the member can press Ask the committee; the Admins are told and answer from the AI helper page.
4. The list What members asked on that page shows their questions (without names, unless they asked the committee), so you can add the missing answers: Add to questions and answers fills in the question (and your reply, if you answered). A member can ask 10 questions a day, and answers count in your monthly AI number. Questions are kept for 12 months.
