Your data: see it, take it, delete it
What Azonation holds about you is yours to see and to take with you. This page is in everyone's own menu, under My data.
- Download my data gives you one file with your account and what each of your organisations keeps about you.
- Under What your organisations hold you can download one organisation's part, or press Ask them to delete my data. The organisation decides and answers you.
- Delete my account: type your email address to confirm. The account is deleted after 14 days.
To read or print: Open as a page to read or print shows the same data in words. The print window can also save it as a PDF.
Something is wrong? Press Ask them to correct my data beside the organisation and say what should be changed.
Changed your mind? Sign in within the 14 days and press Keep my account. Nothing has been deleted yet.
Deleting your account removes what is your own. The record an organisation keeps of you as a member belongs to that organisation and stays with it, without a link to you. Tick Also ask my organisations to ask each of them to delete it too.
If you are the only admin of an organisation, make someone else an admin first. An organisation is never left without an admin.
