The shared whiteboard
The whiteboard is a board that everyone in the room sees, for sketches, notes and pointing at things. Each mark you make appears for everyone as you make it.
- Tap Whiteboard in the meeting's controls. Choose the Tool: Pen, Eraser or Text. Then choose the Colour and the Line width.
- Draw on the Shared board. To place words, choose Text, type them under Words to place, then tap the board where they should go.
- To take back your last mark, tap Undo my last mark. You can only undo your own marks.
- The host or a co-host can tap Clear the board and confirm. Everything on it then disappears for everyone.
Save as picture: tap Save as picture to keep the board as a picture on your device. It is part of an organisation's meeting and of Azon Rooms Plus. A free personal meeting does not save pictures; the panel says so.
Breakout rooms: when you move to a breakout room, its board starts again, empty.
