Share the work of a project

Write down what has to be done and who does it, and tell your members how the project is going.

  1. Open the project. Under Tasks, tap Add a task: what is to be done, whose task it is, and by when.
  2. Tick a task when it is done. The top of the list says how far you are: 3 of 8 done.
  3. Under Updates, tap Write an update: a few lines about what happened. Then add pictures to it.
People on the team see the tasks on the project's page under My memberships, and can tick their own. A member with a new task gets a notice.
A task that is not done after its day is marked Overdue. Azonation reminds the person the day before, and reminds the team two days before a work day. Change this under Messages, Reminders.
Members read your updates. For a note only the organisers should see, untick Members can read this.
