Run a project

A clothes drive, a well, a training course: keep the goal, the days, the lead and the team in one place, and let members offer to help.

Open Projects and tap Add a project. Only a name is needed. Add what it should achieve, the days, the place and who leads it.
Tick Show this project to the members when they may see it, and Members can offer to help when you need helpers.
On the project's page, say where it stands: Start the project, Put on hold, Mark as completed.
Under Team, tap Add a member and write what they do. Members who offered to help are listed below: tap Take on.

People on a team see My projects on their home page, with their own tasks and the next work day.

Members find the project under My memberships, in the Projects tab. They see the goal, the days and the team, never your note or the budget.

A project that is past its planned last day and not finished is marked Late.

A project that will not be done is better cancelled than deleted: it then stays in your records and reports.
