Mark who came on a work day
The days the team gets together to work: who came, how many hours they gave, and who helped from outside.
- Open the project. Under Work days, tap Add a work day: the day, the times, what is done and where.
- Tap the day. Everyone on the team is listed. Tap In person for each person who came.
- Write the Hours given beside each person, then tap Save.
- Someone who helped and is not a member? Open Guests and add them.
The project shows the days, the people who came and the hours together. Members see the days and their own hours under My memberships.
The report Work days and volunteer hours adds up the hours of all your projects, by month and by member.
