Plan the budget month by month, or for one part
Some costs come every month and some income comes in one season. Plan them the way they really fall.
- Open Professional accounting, then Budget.
- Under an account, tap Month by month. Twelve boxes open, one for each month, with what has happened so far under each.
- Write the amounts, or tap Spread evenly. Then tap Save the budget.
A budget for one part. Do you have income centres, like a hall? Choose it under Budget for at the top. You then write a budget for that part alone and see it beside what was booked to that part.
The report Budget against what happened shows the budget month by month and each income centre's budget.
