Let the bank's file do the ticking
Checking a long statement line by line takes time. The file from your online banking does it in a moment.
- In your online banking, download the statement as a CSV or Excel file.
- In Azonation, begin a bank check (page 44). Under Use the bank's file, tap Choose the file.
- Azonation shows what it found in each column. Put it right if needed, then tap Find them in my books.
Every line of the file that is in your books is ticked for you. Lines the bank has and your books do not, like a bank charge, are listed. Record each one under Finance, then tick it.
The file is read on your own device. Azonation does not keep it.
Look at the first lines before you go on. If 5 June shows as 6 May, change Days are written to month first.
