Let people book a hall or a projector
Members ask for a time, you say yes or no, and nothing is booked twice.
- Open the asset, tap Change, and tick It can be booked.
- To book it yourself, tap Book it. Choose a member or write a name, the day, and the times if it is not the whole day.
- A member asks under My memberships, in the Assets tab, with Ask to book.
- You see who is waiting on the Assets page. Open the asset and tap Approve or Decline. The member is told.
Azonation refuses a time that is already booked. Members see when a thing is taken, never by whom.
The member is reminded the day before. Change this under Messages, Reminders.
