Keep track of your things

A projector, forty chairs, a van: know where each thing is, who has it, and get it back.

Open Assets and tap Add an asset. Write its name. The rest is up to you: kind, how many, where it is kept, its value.
When a member takes it, open the asset and tap Hand to a member. Choose the member and the day. The member is told.
When it comes back, tap Take it back. Every handover stays in the list below.
Lost, sold or given away? Tap Change and set Where it stands. It moves to Gone, with the day and the reason.

Set Check or return by: the member who has it is reminded a week before, and the asset is marked Past its day when the day has passed.

Members see what they look after on their home page. They never see the value or your note.

Delete only an asset added by mistake. Its handovers go with it.
