Add a whole list, print labels, note repairs
Bring in the list you already keep, put a label on each thing, and remember what was repaired.
- A list: on the Assets page open the menu with three dots and tap Add from a list. Choose your Excel or CSV file. Azonation shows what it understood. Tap Add the assets.
- Labels: in the same menu tap Print labels, tick the assets, and print. Scan a label with a phone to open the asset.
- Repairs: open an asset and tap Add to the log. Write what was done, who did it and what it cost.
Only the name is needed in a list. Tap Download an example to see the headings.
Bought abroad? Tick Paid in another currency on the asset, write what was paid, and what it is worth in your own currency.
If one line of the list is wrong, nothing is added. Correct the file and choose it again.
