Keep track of your money
Write down what comes in and what goes out, as you would in a notebook. Azonation adds it up and always knows how much you hold.
- Open Finance in your organisation's menu. You start with two places for money, Cash and Bank, and the usual categories.
- Money came in? Tap Money in. Write the amount, choose where it went (Cash or Bank) and what it was for. Tap Save.
- Money went out? Tap Money out and do the same.
- Took cash to the bank? Tap Transfer: from Cash, to Bank.
- After saving, tap Add a receipt or photo to keep the paper with the entry.
Already had money before you began? Open Finance settings, tap the pencil beside Cash or Bank, and write the opening balance.
In Finance settings you add your own bank accounts, your own categories, and funds (money kept for one purpose, such as a building fund).
