See your reports
How many members joined this year? Who has not paid? Who never comes to meetings? Azonation adds up what you have already entered.
- Open Reports in your organisation's menu. The reports are listed under headings: Members, Membership fees, Meetings and more.
- Tap a report. Start with The period at a glance: it puts this period next to the one before.
- Under Period, choose This year, Last year, Last 12 months, or Other dates for your own days.
- Tap a column's name to sort a table. Tap Export to take a table to Excel.
- Tap Print or save as PDF to bring the report to a meeting.
Reports marked Today show how things stand now, such as who is overdue. They have no period.
Reports show names. Give the permission "See every report" only to people who should see them (see 12).
