Join an Azon Rooms meeting as a guest
You do not need an Azonation account to join an Azon Rooms meeting. Open the code or the link you were sent, type your name, and come in.
- Open the link you were sent. Or open azonrooms.com and type the Meeting code or name, for example k7m-q2p-x9t, or the name in a personal link.
- If the meeting has a passcode, type the one the host gave you.
- Type your name (at least 2 letters). You join as a guest, and the organisers see your name on their list of who came.
- If the host has a waiting room, you see Please wait, the host will let you in soon. Keep the page open; you join by yourself when you are let in. If the host does not let you in, the page says so.
Already have an Azonation account? Tap Sign in with Azonation and you join as yourself, with your own name.
Webinars: when the host runs a webinar, you watch, and you can ask questions under Questions and vote for the ones you like.
Quick polls and breakout rooms: when the host opens a quick poll, you can answer it once. If the host puts you in a breakout room, you are asked first. Breakout rooms are part of Azon Rooms Plus, so a host on the free plan cannot use them.
