Co-hosts in a meeting
A co-host helps you run a meeting. A co-host can mute people, let people in from the waiting room, start polls and run breakout rooms. A co-host cannot end the meeting for everyone, or change who the co-hosts are.
- Tap People in the meeting, and find the person beside their name.
- Tap Make co-host. The person is told at once, and their name shows the word Co-host.
- To take the role away, tap Remove co-host beside their name. They go back to what they were before.
Who can be a co-host: a member of the organisation, or another Azonation account holder. A meeting can have up to 10 co-hosts.
Only the host ends the meeting for everyone, and only the host makes or removes co-hosts.
