History, notes, copies, templates and tags

  1. History at the bottom of an event, meeting, project, asset, document, claim, appeal, policy, committee, plan, form, approval, vote, notice or newsletter shows who changed what, and when. The Activity page can now be filtered by kind of record, and each line opens its record.
  2. Notes on projects, events, meetings, tasks, claims, approvals, assets, donors and appeals are for the committee (on a task, also the member it is given to). Adding, changing or deleting a note shows in the record's History, without its words. Type @ to mention someone: they are told, and only people who may open the record can be mentioned.
  3. Make another like this copies an event, meeting (the agenda, not the minutes), project (tasks as not done, no money), notice, appeal (no money), membership type or asset (with the next code); a message has Send again. The copy opens for you to change, then save.
  4. On events, projects, messages, meetings, notices, appeals, volunteer shifts and membership types, Save as template keeps the words and settings for next time (never people, dates, files or money); Start from a template fills a new form.
  5. Print (or save as PDF from the print window) and Copy link are at the top of the main record pages. A copied link still needs signing in.
  6. Tags: put coloured labels on members, events, meetings, projects, documents and donors; they show on each row of the lists, you can filter by them, and tag many at once from the selection bar. A new repeating meeting can get its tags on every date. Manage them under Tags (rename, join two, delete). Tags on members are seen only by people who manage members, never by the member.
