Early price, reminders and the report
Three things that save you work around an event.
- Early price. On the event form, under What it costs, fill in Early price until and the early amounts. Members who say they are coming by that day pay the early price.
- A reduced fee, or nothing to pay. On the Fees page, tap the price tag beside a member and choose Own amount. Write 0 when there is nothing to pay.
- Reminders. Open Messages, then Reminders. Under Event reminders choose what Azonation sends: the event is coming, please say whether you come, the fee is not paid yet.
- The report. After the event, open it and tap Write the report: how it went, the guests of honour, what it cost. Tick Share this report with the members to let them read it.
Members only read how it went, the highlights, the guests of honour, what comes next and the pictures. What was hard and what it cost stay with the organisers.
How many came and what came in are counted for you from the attendance and the payments.
