Azonation staff: regions, tax and prices
A region is a group of countries with one currency, one tax and one set of prices. Organisations only ever see the prices of their own country.
- Open Plans, then Regions. Tap New region: its currency and countries, whether Azonation charges tax here with the tax's name and rate, whether prices include it or it is added on top, your tax number, and How to pay, printed on its invoices. One region is the Default region for every country that is in no region.
- Under Who sells here choose Azonation (direct), or a merchant of record that sells, adds the tax at checkout and sends its own invoice; the page says whether its keys are ready. Under Ways to pay here tick the ways to offer and put them in order.
- Under Countries and their prices tap Give this country its own prices (it starts with a copy of its region's prices) or Move a country to another region.
A change counts from the next invoice, made on the 1st. Invoices already made never change, and a year already paid stays paid. The prices themselves are set on the Plans and Add-ons pages.
