Azonation staff: the overview, organisations and people
Azonation's own staff have an area of their own. Each person sees only the pages their role allows; for everyone else these pages do not exist.
- Overview shows the platform in a few numbers (organisations and people, new this week, suspended, email not confirmed) and the pages your role opens. Tap View on a card.
- Organisations lists every organisation. Open one to see who manages it, its billing details (tax number and how it was checked, who sells to it) and its optional modules: Switch on a module Given by hand or as a Trial with a last day, or Switch off one; its data is kept.
- Suspend closes an organisation until someone taps Reopen; nothing is deleted. The same for a person under People, who is then logged out everywhere. Passwords are never shown here.
- Each list can be searched, and saved with Export.
What you may do is set by your role; a page you may only look at says so at the top. Everything staff do is written in the Activity log.
