Azonation staff: payment keys and sellers
Sellers are the companies that sell Azonation, printed on invoices. Payment keys connect Azonation to the payment companies. Both change what organisations see on their papers, so both are careful pages.
- Sellers: tap New seller and give the legal name (always printed in full, for example Azon Group Ltd), a trading name if you wish, the company and tax numbers, the bank details printed as "How to pay", and the email for questions. One seller is the Default seller; each region chooses its own on the Regions page.
- Payment keys (full access only): for each payment company choose Sandbox (trying out, no real money) or Live, tap Enter or Replace and paste the key from your account there. Confirm with your password, or a code from your authenticator app.
- A key is kept encrypted and never shown again: only its last 4 characters and who entered it. Tap Check the connection to see that the company accepts the keys. Remove from this page makes the server file count again.
A key entered here is used before the one in the server file. A change of seller counts from the next invoice, receipt or statement; papers already made never change.
