A website for your organisation

People look you up before they come. Azonation makes a simple public website from what you already keep in it. You choose what it shows.

  1. Open Website and email in your organisation's menu.
  2. Choose the address, write a line under your name and a few sentences about you, and pick a colour.
  3. Choose the picture at the top from your albums that are for everyone.
  4. Tick what the website shows: pictures, events, notices, committees, a Join us button, a form to write to you, your address, email or phone.
  5. Press See it before it is online to look at it, then Put it online.
Only what is for everyone can appear: pictures of albums marked "for everyone", and the contact details you tick. Nothing about your members is ever shown.
Events, notices and committees appear one by one, only where you tick Show on our website: on the form of the event, the notice or the committee. An event shows its name, day, time and place; a notice its words; a committee the names and titles of its people (ask them first).
Join us shows only while your join link is open (Members, Join link).
Messages that visitors write arrive on the same page, under Messages from the website, and the admins are told. Answer by email.
Take it offline at any time. Visitors then see that the website is not there.
Website Plus (an add-on, see Modules) gives your website a web address of your own, such as www.ashfordclub.org.uk, and takes away the line "Made with Azonation". Type the address you own, add the one record Azonation shows you at the company where you bought the address, and press Check now. It can take a few hours. Your Azonation address keeps working.
No address yet, or want email at your own address? Under An address or email from us press Ask for a web address or Ask for email (for example secretary@ashfordclub.org.uk, with Google Workspace or another business email). Azonation tells you the price first, registers it through Azoncode, our sister company, in the name of your organisation, and sets everything up: you add no record yourself. The fee comes on your Azonation invoice, and you are reminded before it renews. If you ever leave Azonation, you can take your address with you.
