Ask Azonation for help
Stuck, something does not work, or you have an idea? Write to Azonation from inside the app.
- Open Help in the menu. Look at the common questions first, or search them: your answer may be there.
- Or tap the round Ask Azonation button at the bottom of any page (also on the log-in page and on azonation.com) and type your question. It answers at once with a common answer. When there is none, it writes a short answer itself, word by word, only from Azonation's guide, common answers and prices, and shows its Sources under it: tap one to read that guide page in Help, see that common answer, or open the prices (Stop writing stops it). Otherwise it shows the guide pages that may help: tap one to read it in Help. It knows the page you are on: Questions about this page shows that page's topics first. Under an answer, Take me there opens the page it is about (only pages you may open), and You could also ask offers a few next questions: tap one to ask it. Tap 👍 or 👎 to say whether it helped. Not what you needed? Tap Ask the Azonation team and Send to the team: the conversation goes to Azonation's team, and the answer comes in Help (when you are not logged in: by email). New chat starts again.
- To write to the team yourself, tap Write to Azonation on the Help page. Choose what it is about, write a subject and your message, and tap Send. You can add a picture of your screen or a PDF: a picture often says the most.
- When Azonation answers, you get a notice and an email. Open Help and tap your request to read it.
- Write an answer if you need more, or tap It is solved.
Never write your password in a message. Azonation will never ask for it.
The chat keeps your questions for 90 days to improve its answers, with email addresses and phone and card numbers taken out. Tick Don't record this chat and nothing you type is kept.
An answer marked "Written by AI from Azonation's guide" can make mistakes: check its sources, and for anything about money, law or tax ask the team. It never sees your organization's own records. A question many people ask may get an AI answer that was saved earlier: it comes at once, and 👎 helps Azonation replace it.
Ask in your own words: the chat also understands questions that use other words than the guide, and questions in another language.
Rather speak? Tap the microphone beside the box and say your question: your words appear in the box, check them and tap Send. Tap Read aloud under an answer to hear it (Stop reading stops it). In the chat's menu (⋮) you can tick Send when I stop speaking and Read answers aloud automatically. Your browser does the speaking and listening; it may send the sound to the company that made it to turn it into words, but Azonation never gets the sound. Not every browser can do this: then the buttons do not show.
About your organization: signed in, you can also ask the chat about the organization you are in, such as “How many members do we have?”, “Who hasn’t paid yet?”, “When is our next meeting?”, “What do I owe?” or “What are my tasks this week?”. The questions you may ask show under About your organization when the chat opens. It answers from your organization’s own records with the numbers and a short list, and Open the page takes you to the page itself. It only reads them, and you only see what you may already see on that page: someone who works for one branch sees that branch, a member sees their own things. Otherwise it says “You can’t see this”. These questions and answers are never recorded (the answer says so). Your organization’s Admin can switch this off in Organization settings: untick Let Ask Azonation answer from our records.
Let it prepare things for you: ask, for example, “Write a notice about Friday’s meeting at 7pm”, “Add a meeting next Tuesday”, “Create an event for the summer picnic”, “Add a task for Sam to book the hall” or “Draft a message to all members about fees”. The chat prepares a draft and shows Open and check: it opens the usual page with the boxes filled in and the line “Filled in by Ask Azonation — please check”. Nothing is saved until you press Save (or Send for a message) on that page, so read it through first. It can prepare a notice, a meeting, an event, a task, a message to members, an expense claim, a project or a form, but only what you may already make yourself. When it names a person it cannot tell apart, choose them on the page. Without AI it only offers Open the page. These requests are never recorded. Your organization’s Admin can switch it off in Organization settings: untick Let Ask Azonation prepare drafts.
