Ask Azonation for help
Stuck, something does not work, or you have an idea? Write to Azonation from inside the app.
- Open Help in the menu. Look at the common questions first, or search them: your answer may be there.
- Tap Ask Azonation. Choose what it is about, write a subject and your message, and tap Send. You can add a picture of your screen or a PDF: a picture often says the most.
- When Azonation answers, you get a notice and an email. Open Help and tap your request to read it.
- Write an answer if you need more, or tap It is solved.
Never write your password in a message. Azonation will never ask for it.
