You start by signing up. Nobody has to install or configure anything.

The plan sets how many members you may have. Inside it, one member or the last one costs the same: nothing.
No charge per committee member
Give every officer and helper their own sign-in. It is free.

Pay by the month and stop when you like. Pay by the year if you want two months free.
No tax surprise
The price line for your country says how tax works there: included, added, or added at checkout.
No cut of your money
With paid plans by invoice, fees your members pay you are yours. If you take payments online, the payment company's own fee applies and is shown before you switch it on.

Modules: add only what you use
The core is enough to run an organization. A module adds one more thing, such as events, online payments or elections. Try any module free for 90 days. Stop it whenever you like: you pay to the end of the month and nothing more.
Each module costs the same. The price depends on your plan:

Cash, bank transfer and check are written down in the books today. Online card payments come with the Online payments module. Coming soon:
How paying works
How do we pay Azonation?
You get an invoice each month or year. Pay it online by card, or by bank transfer. More ways to pay are coming: PayPal, and in Bangladesh SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad and Bangla QR.
What happens if we grow past our plan?
We tell you when you are near the limit. Nothing is switched off and no member is removed: you choose a bigger plan when you are ready to add more members.
Can we go back to a smaller plan?
Yes, from the next month, as long as your members fit in it.
Do we get a refund if we stop?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you paid for. For a yearly plan, write to us within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full; after that it runs to the end of the year.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
You move to the free plan if you fit in it. If not, your data is kept and you can read and export it, but you cannot add more until you choose a plan.
Is there a price for charities?
The free plan is our offer to small organizations of every kind. If your charity is larger and money is tight, write to us.
