Projects and donations on your website
Show the projects you run on your website, and let people give to a project while it is running or coming up.
- Open the project. Under On our website, tick Show on our website and save. Anyone can then see its name, dates and place on your website, once the website is online.
- Under Donations go to, choose the fundraising campaign the money is for, and save.
- On your website, a project that is running or coming up, with an open campaign, shows a Donate button and a progress bar.
- Add the Projects section to a page (or use the Projects and welfare page), and choose which projects it shows: running now, coming up, or finished.
The campaign must be on the website too. Tick Show on our website on the campaign in Fundraising. Only such campaigns are offered for a donation appeal or a Donate button.
A finished project shows its name, dates, place and photos, but no Donate button, because it is no longer taking gifts.
Each project has its own page, with its story and the pictures of an album that is for everyone.
Donations are kept as they are in Fundraising, with the same receipts and UK Gift Aid where the donor agrees. Your website only shows the way to give.
