Media library: keep your photos in albums
The photos of your meetings, events and projects in one place: a record of what you did, and the pictures your website will use.
- Open Media library in the menu and press New album.
- Give it a title and the day. Choose who can see it. If you like, say which meeting, event or project it is about.
- Press Add pictures and choose them from your phone or computer. You can choose many at once.
- Tap a picture to see it large. There you can write words under it, give it a star, make it the album cover, download it or delete it.
Give a star to your best pictures. Those are the ones your website will show later.
Pictures are JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each, and 300 in one album. They count towards your storage space.
You can add short videos the same way: MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 100 MB each. A video shows a play sign and how long it plays.
An album is only for the people who manage until you choose Members or Everyone.
Deleting an album deletes all its pictures for good.
