Deleted something by mistake? Undo and the bin

Nothing you delete is lost at once. Press Undo straight away, or put it back from the bin within 30 days.

  1. After deleting an event, meeting, project, document, form, appeal, plan, asset, notice, message, album, story, vote, task, committee, shift, claim, newsletter or annual report, press Undo in the message at the bottom (8 seconds).
  2. Later: open Bin in the menu, find it (search or choose a kind) and press Put back. You see only the kinds you may manage. After 30 days things in the bin are deleted for good, with their files.
  3. Projects, documents, forms, appeals, plans and assets can also be Archived: hidden from the lists but kept (tick Show archived to see them; Unarchive brings one back). Archived things cannot be changed, and still count in reports.
  4. Money records the books need (money in and out, donations, Gift Aid, paid claims) are still deleted only with a question first, as before.
  5. If you leave a form without saving, Azonation asks first. Long texts (minutes, messages, notices, stories, reports, newsletters, policies) are kept on your device while you write: if the page closes, it offers to bring your draft back.
