Azon Rooms Plus

Azon Rooms Plus is a personal plan for your own meetings. It gives longer meetings, more people, webinars, recordings with their words written down, and a personal link you choose. It is separate from the Azon Rooms add-on that an organisation buys.

What Plus adds

1. A meeting of up to 24 hours (Free: 60 minutes), with up to 100 people (Free: 20).
2. Up to 50 new meetings a day (Free: 10), and scheduled meetings of up to 24 hours (Free: 8 hours).
3. Webinars for up to 300 people watching, with questions and answers. Guests can ask too.
4. Recordings, with their words written down, kept in 5 GB of your own storage.
5. AI summaries of a recording's words: up to 20 a month, shown only to you.
6. A personal link of your own. Anyone who already has one keeps it.
7. Breakout rooms in a meeting you host, and saving the whiteboard as a picture.

How to get Plus

1. Open Azon Rooms, then Get Azon Rooms Plus. The plan page shows your country's price.
2. Choose Get Plus monthly or Get Plus yearly. A yearly plan is paid all at once.
3. An invoice appears. Tap Pay now and pay as the page shows.
4. If a merchant sells Plus to you (FastSpring or PayPro Global), their checkout opens. They add any tax for your country there. When you come back, Azonation opens your Plus payment page and checks again by itself until the payment is confirmed.
5. When it is paid you see Thank you. Azon Rooms Plus is on.

Invoices and stopping

1. Under Invoices you see each invoice, its period, and whether it is Paid, Waiting for payment or Overdue. Tap Download PDF to keep a copy.
2. To stop, tap Cancel Plus. Plus stays on until the period you paid for ends, then your plan goes back to Free. No new payments are asked.
3. Changed your mind before the period ends? Tap Keep Plus.

Recordings and AI summaries

1. In a meeting you host, tap Record. Everyone in the room is told it is being recorded. Tap Stop recording to finish.
2. Find your recordings under My recordings on the My meetings page. Only you can see them.
3. To read what was said, tap Show what was said. If no words are written down yet, tap Write down what was said.
4. Tap Summarise with AI for a short summary. It is kept with the recording, and only you see it.

Webinars

1. On a meeting you host, open Webinar and switch on Webinar mode. Only the hosts and the panellists speak; everyone else watches.
2. Choose up to 20 panellists. Set an Audience limit if you wish, and switch on Questions and answers.
