Write to your members
One message reaches everyone by email. Members who use Azonation also see it there.
- Open Messages and tap Write a message.
- Choose who it is for: all members, a membership type, a committee, members whose fees are overdue, or members you pick.
- Write a subject and your message. You can add files.
- Tap Send. Or choose Send later and pick a day and time, or Save as draft.
A sent message cannot be taken back. Read it once more before you tap Send.
Afterwards, open the message to see who it reached. Your plan gives you a number of emails each month.
