See who has paid

Write down each membership fee you receive. Azonation then shows who is paid up and who is overdue.

1. The first time: open Renewals, tap Set up renewals, and add how often members renew (for example every year). You can also add the fee for each membership type.
2. When a member pays you, find them on the Renewals page and tap Record payment.
3. Check the amount and the dates, choose where the money went (Cash or Bank), then save. The member gets a receipt by itself (see page 23).
4. Tap Overdue at the top to see only the members who have not paid.
5. With Online payments switched on, a member whose fee is due can pay it themselves: on their page of your organisation they see Pay £20.00 online with the period it is for. The payment appears here by itself, with the note "Paid online".
