See how Azonation is used

Staff can see how many people are using Azonation right now, and how it has been used over time. Only numbers are shown: nobody's name, email address or activity.

1. Right now is a tile at the top of the staff overview. It shows how many people are online at this moment, in four groups: organisation admins, members, Azonation staff and personal accounts. It also shows the Azon Rooms meetings running now, the people in them, and the visitors to azonation.com in the last five minutes. It refreshes by itself every 30 seconds.
2. Reports are on the Reports page. Choose a report, then a period. What you see depends on your role's ticks:
   • Growth: new organisations and people, how many organisations were active, and sign-ins over time.
   • Use: how often each part of the app is opened, the busiest hours (London time), which modules are used and on which plans, and who uses the app.
   • Getting started: how many new organisations sign up, add members, hold a first meeting or event, and pay.
   • Organisations to check on: organisations with no sign-in for 30 days. Their names are shown so that someone can get in touch. No people are listed.
   • Website: visitors and pages seen on azonation.com, where people came from, which countries, and how many pressed Sign up.
3. Group by sets how the days are added up: Days, Weeks (Monday to Sunday, London time) or Months. The charts and tables follow your choice.
4. To keep a report, use the button at the top for a PDF or to print. To keep one table, tap Export above it and choose a spreadsheet, a PDF or plain CSV data.
