Let people ask to join with a link or a QR code
Put one link on your poster, your website or a message. People fill in a short form; you say yes or no.
- Open Members, then Join link.
- Tap Open the link. Add a few words above the form if you wish.
- Tap Copy the link to share it, or Print a poster with the QR code.
- Requests appear under Requests. Tap Approve or Decline.
Nobody becomes a member until you approve. An approved person is added to your members and told by email.
The person gets an email at once that their request arrived. When you decline, leave Tell them by email ticked and they get a polite message; you can add a line of your own.

People do not need an Azonation account to ask.
Want to know which poster or page works best? Add ?s=facebook (or any word) to the end of the link. The page counts the requests from each.
Tap Close the link when you are not taking new members. The old link then shows that it is not open.
