Let other people help you
Do not share your password. Give each helper their own access, and only to what they need.
- Open Roles and tap Add role. Give it a name (for example Treasurer) and tick what it allows.
- Open People and tap Invite a person.
- Type their email, choose their roles, and tap Send invitation.
- They log in with their own email and tap Accept on their home page.
An admin can do everything. Make a second person an admin, so the organisation is never locked out.
The Activity log shows who changed what, and when.
