Let attendance mark itself with a QR code
No more ticking names. Members scan a code at the door with their own phone and are marked present.
- Open the meeting, the event or the work day, then Attendance.
- Tap Check-in by QR code.
- Tap Switch on and show the code on a screen at the door.
Each member scans the code with the camera of their phone. Their name appears under Here now.
The code changes every few seconds, so a photo of it sent to someone at home does not work. For a printed poster, untick The code changes and tap Print the code.
A member without a phone? Ask for their card and scan it, or type its letters, under Scan the card of a member.
Check-in opens one hour before the start and closes one hour after the end. You can always correct a mark on the attendance list.
