Let a branch keep part of its members' fees
Some branches keep a share of the fees; head office decides which, and how much.
- Open Branches, tap the three dots beside the branch and choose Change.
- In Share of membership fees it keeps (%) type the share, for example 40.
- Tap Save.
From then on, each fee a member of that branch pays is noted with what the branch keeps. Leave the box empty or 0 and everything goes to the whole organisation.
The report Money by branch shows fees received, what each branch keeps and what goes to the whole organisation.
A new share counts for fees recorded after you save it. Fees already recorded keep the share they had. Only people who work for the whole organisation can change it.
