Keep your account safe
Your account opens your members' personal details. A few minutes now protects them.
- Tap your picture or initials at the top, then Security.
- Under Two-step verification tap Turn on. You scan a code with an authenticator app on your phone. After that, logging in also asks for a code from the app.
- Save the recovery codes somewhere safe. They let you in if you lose your phone.
- Lost a phone or used a shared computer? Tap Log out everywhere else.
Never give your password to anyone, also not to another officer. Invite them instead (see 12).
Forgot your password? On the log-in page tap Forgot password? and we email you a code.
