Invoices and receipts
On a paid plan, Azonation sends your organisation one invoice a month. Here you see what to pay and what was paid.
- Open Invoices. At the top you see what is to pay now, and what your next invoice will be.
- Tap an invoice to open it. How to pay is written on it.
- Tap Print or save as PDF to keep a copy or give it to your treasurer.
- When Azonation has received your payment, the invoice says Paid and has a receipt you can open and print.
Under Details on your invoices, tap Change to set the name and address printed on your invoices.
On the free plan there are no invoices.
If an invoice is not paid, Azonation reminds you. After a last warning your plan changes to Free. Nothing is deleted: pay the invoice and choose your plan again. Need more time? Ask Azonation.
