Hold a meeting, an event or a project for one branch
The Camden quiz night is for Camden's members, not for everybody.
- Open Meetings or Events and add one as usual.
- At the top, under Belongs to, choose the branch, for example London · Camden.
- Fill in the rest and save.
Only the members of that branch, and of any branches under it, are asked to reply, listed for attendance, told and reminded. Only they see it on their own pages.
Leave The whole organisation when it is for everybody, like the annual general meeting.
On the list, open Filters and choose a branch to see only its meetings or events.
A committee, a notice on the noticeboard, a project and an asset have Belongs to too: a branch committee, a notice only that branch's members read, a branch's own project, a projector only that branch's members can book.
A branch that has meetings, events, committees, notices, projects, assets or messages cannot be deleted. Archive it instead: it stays on record.
