Give your approval as a member
A committee can ask you to approve or sign something, such as the minutes, a policy or an expense claim. You answer once, in your member area.
- You are told by email and in Azonation. Open To approve in your member area, then the request.
- Read the words and the Papers first. The page shows by when to answer and who else is asked. When people answer in turn, it says "Others are asked before you" until it is your turn.
- Asked to sign? Type your full name under Type your full name to agree. Add a remark if you wish, then tap I agree or I do not agree.
Your answer is given once and cannot be changed. When the request is closed, no more answers are taken.
